    Our client, International Food Industry Company, is looking for its Senior Business Development Manager Point of Sales.

    Description du poste
    The Senior Business Development Manager Point of Sales formulate and gain approval for the implementation of corporate strategy for development of Points of Sales in Europe, such as Restaurants, Kiosks, Corner Shops, Food Trucks.

    The candidate will achieve feasibility studies, sales and budgets plans in first European countries for development of ''Points of sales''. Focus on 2 first Countries such as France and Italy elaborates and executes action plan under supervision of VP Operations Foods in order to achieve development objectives of the foods business with new or adapted products range and marketing tools.

    He/She will ensure that European and Local Laws and Regulations are respected and that proper administrative authorization are obtained.

    He/She will develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for different ''Points of Sales'' and will ensure that Procurement, Processes and Finished product abide Foods Safety laws and regulations.

    He/She will establish and propose a List of Produce & Products and possiblibly third party products to be sold in the ''Points of Sales''.

    He/She will supervise Operations in European Points of Sales together with Local Units and gather sales forecast and sales information for development in France and Italy and potentially in other countries.
    Profil recherché
    You have a minimum 10 years' experience in Fast Foods, Take Away, OOH or environment, Specialized restaurants in Europe. You have strong business development experience. You have negotiation skills that will immediately impact the business and contribute to its continued development. You have a demonstrable experience in delivering tangible results in a growing take away foods market and depth sales experience, with exposure to all aspects of business and ability to coordinate with Local Sales Units, Marketing team and suppliers. Fluent in English and Italian would be a plus.
