    For a major multinational company within the FMCG industry we are looking for a Human Resources Manager m/f based in Casablanca Morocco.

    Description du poste
    You will be responsible for supporting the company's management team in people management processes by providing them creative and innovative solutions to help the business grow on the local area. Your main duties will include:
        • co - creating the HR strategy in accordance with the global and local business strategy,
        • managing HR team,
        • implementing on-site development of the corporate HR policy,
        • supporting managers in their day-to-day managerial activities,
        • advising on current legislation and employment law by keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation,
        • taking care of the talent acquisition and talent management
        • conducting HR processes such as salary review or appraisal process,
        • ensuring day-to-day employees administration (holidays, sick leaves, time attendance) and management of issues such as disciplinary and grievance
        • cooperating with unions and representing the business of the employer,
        • producing documentation for starters and leavers, transfers and maternity leaves,
        • cooperating with external authorities and services providers,

    Profil recherché

        • University degree in economy, human resources or law,
        • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources including 3 years on a similar position (with a proven track record in an industrial environment),
        • Fluency in written and verbal English and Arabic is a must,
        • Very good knowledge of local legislation and common law and practical approach on applying legal solutions,
        • Ability to build good relationships with people at all levels within and outside the organization,
        • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
        • High stress resistance,
        • Flexibility of thinking, creativeness and innovative approach to arising business and HR issues,
        • Excellent organisational skills: good work organisation with ability to adapt quickly to fast changing circumstances,
