Lead an importantproject in relationswith nationalfrench institutions and managecomplexstakeholdersrequirementstoensurethehighestlevelofdelivery andqualityof amulti-million Europroject.
• Play a leading role in the future renewal of the contract in presenting and negotiating the bid.
• Be an important customer and consortium interface through the bid, mobilisation and run phases.
• Direct involvement in leading and negotiating this major global bid.
• Ensure the contract is mobilised successfully meeting the customer expectation, the contract conditions and the service levels agreed in time and in budget.
• Master's degree or an equivalent level of education, ideally completed with a MBA.
• A minimum of 15 years working with a strong experience in Program Management with a focus on bid management, Operations management, sales experience and project management of high value projects.
• Strong experience in Relationship management within a Public/ Private Sector environment.
• Experience in business development and negotiation multi-million Euro bids and tenders.
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Experience in identifying and selling complex opportunities.
• Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with all levels.
• Fluent in French and English.
