HR Business Partner For Our Audit Team (M/F) - Job Based In Luxembourg

Part of our HR Department who plays an important role in creating a talent experience that allows our people to grow and thrive, our HR business professionals provide the link between the HR strategy and its implementation and offer value added to your service line. He/she is the contact person for any people related topic.

• Working for the Audit Service Line, be responsible for identifying and handling HR and Talent management activities and strategies in close collaboration with the Partners and Directors in charge
• Ensure a close collaboration between the Business and the HR department regarding operational solutions to ensure employee retention and development. You will be responsible for competency management and career development for a dedicated population and you will also follow the Performance management and reward process
• Manage operational tasks such as developing and reinforcing the synergy with the Recruitment team, managing employee integration and exit processes, handling day-to-day HR matters and delivering HR metrics
• Be involved in HR projects and continuous improvement

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Strong organization skills and a rigorous approach
• Being a self-starter attitude and a great learner
• Capability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with high confidentiality
• Have excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, …)
• Are fluent in French and English. German is an asset
